First, you need to remember that it is perfectly normal for anyone to doubt and feel less than confident. It happens to everyone.

Write

You've probably heard me say, "Write it down!" over and over, right? Well, that's because it's an important part of the process. So when was the last time you took a moment to actually write down all of your accomplishments and skills and expertise? You know, give yourself a little recognition and praise.

You have a longgg list. I promise you. Take a step back and actually write down all that you've accomplished so far, your skills, your expertise, and what you bring to the table.

You might be feeling frustrated or just not as satisfied with your career right now. One reason many of us feel this way is because of our own lack of confidence at work.

The Problem

So if you are feeling frustrated or lacking confidence, ask yourself, are you trying to do all of the things? Are you too afraid to admit or delegate something that you feel like you should know how to do, even though that pressure is coming from no one else but you?

Think about it this way. If you go to a doctor, you want to have a specialist treat you for a certain problem, right? You're not going to go to someone that's just like, yeah, I can kind of sort of treat that. I've done it once in the past. No!

If you really want that confidence there needs to be a mindset shift from thinking that you need to be able to do everything anyone asks you to or that you need to be able to do all the things with no help at all. That’s not going to get you the praise you want.

3 simple morning routine basics that you can complete in 5 minutes. Starting a morning routine can be overwhelming. Using these basics can help you ease into a new habit and see that it doesn't need to be complicated! Just 5 minutes can make a huggeee difference! 

Using these basics your morning routine could be as little as 5 minutes or up to 60 minutes. It's up to you based on what you need, anddd realistically, what you have time for! 

Morning Routine Basics:

GRATITUDE 

Say out loud, journal, or read a list of things you are grateful for. Why? Because it’s really hard to start the day off in a bad mood if you take a minute to count your blessings. Sooo take a blessings inventory right when you wake up and be grateful!

MINDSET

Listen or read something positive. Control the first things you consume each day. (Example: affirmations, personal development book or podcast, etc.)
